• Obviously, it goes without saying they’ll have great communication and people skills but in particular, they need to be able to demonstrate empathy
• Is self driven with a can-do attitude, critical thinking skills and able to work collaboratively within a team.
• Will have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales, and must have experience in an inbound/and or outbound capacity

The role also involves:

• Inbound/Outbound calls and converting supplied leads into desired outcomes for clients
• Capturing all data, accurately, into the CRM
• KPI’s on number of dials, talk time and outcomes
• Following Alkhemy's proven sales as service formula
• Working in collaboration to create winning outcomes for Clients
• Attend virtual meetings daily

Must Have's

• 2+ years experience in an outbound position
• Intermediate + computer skills with the ability to problem solve
• Excellent telephone sales track record, working within a high sales KPI
